Neon makes one think of Vegas  – The Strip, Freemont Street and The Neon Museum. So there’s nothing better than making your own fun “lucky” t-shirt for the next time you hit the town to play the slot machines! Designs from our Neon Nights Collection #51287 are perfect to use!

Supplies

Instructions

Step 1

Gather supplies. Fuse PolyMesh Fusible to the inside of the front of the shirt, making sure to cover the entire area where you’ll place the designs.

Step 2

Mark vertical center of the front of the shirt. Measure 1″ down from the neck and mark. Use embroidery software to print out design templates onto StabilStick Template Sheets. Place templates in your layout of choice on the t-shirt.

Step 3

Hoop the shirt. Use machine centering tools to line up the design. Remove StabilStick Template Sheet and place StitcH20 over the design area, holding it in place with Expert Embroidery Tape TearAway. Stitch your design, and repeat as necessary. Tear away excess StitcH20, then remove the rest with lukewarm water.

Step 4

Turn the shirt inside out. Reheat the PolyMesh to release it from the fabric. Trim the PolyMesh about 1/8″ to 1/4″ around the designs.

Step 5

Cut pieces of Gentle Touch larger than the remaining PolyMesh. Fuse to the back of the designs for a professional finish.

Step 6

Repeat the same process for the back of the shirt. Mark the vertical center. Measure down about 5″ from the collar and mark a horizontal line. Add StabilStick Templates. Try on the shirt to make sure the placement is good.

Wear and Enjoy! Hopefully this shirt will bring you luck!
